Job Description

TEMPORARY (5-6 weeks) CNA
FT in the Home Health Department.

CNA performs various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patients personal needs, to promote the patient's comfort and a safe environment. The CNA is responsible for observing patients and resporting/documenting these observations and the services provided. Must have HS diploma or GED. Must be a Certified Home Health Aide. At least 1 year experience in a hospital, home health or nursing home setting is preferred.
